Note: These units only cool about 18–20°C (32–40°F) below room temperature. In a hot room (above 80–85°F / 27–29°C), performance drops significantly. This is a limitation of thermoelectric technology, not necessarily a defect.
Check both ends of the power cord.
Try a different wall outlet.
Test with the car (12V) adapter if available, or vice versa with the AC adapter.
If it still doesn’t power on, the internal power board or cooling module may have failed.
Check for dust or debris blocking the fan and clean it carefully (unplug first).
Ensure there is enough clearance around the back of the unit.
Make sure the unit is sitting on a flat, stable surface.
A light humming sound is normal. Very loud noise usually means the fan is failing or obstructed.
This is normal for thermoelectric coolers due to temperature difference and humidity.
Unplug the unit and leave the door open to let ice melt.
Wipe the interior completely dry with a soft cloth.

If the unit is still under warranty (usually 1 year), contact the seller for a replacement. After the warranty period, repair is often not cost-effective.
Make sure the switch is fully set to the Warm / Hot position.
Allow 15–30 minutes after switching between Cool and Warm modes.
Heating performance is generally weaker than cooling performance on these units.
This is expected. Thermoelectric coolers can only maintain a fixed temperature difference below the surrounding air. When ambient temperature is high, the internal temperature will also rise. Moving the unit to a cooler location or improving ventilation can help.
