1. What is Indiegogo?
Indiegogo is a crowdfunding platform where innovative products can be introduced and supported by early customers before they become widely available. By supporting our campaign, you can get access to special crowdfunding prices and early-bird perks.
2. How can I buy the mini fridge after it launches on Indiegogo?
Once our Indiegogo campaign goes live, simply visit our campaign page, choose your preferred reward or early-bird offer, and complete your payment directly through Indiegogo. Your order will then be processed according to the campaign's fulfillment schedule.
3. When will I receive my mini fridge?
Our products are currently on the way to our oversea warehouses. After the Indiegogo campaign ends, we will move into fulfillment. Your product will be shipped out immediately. We will keep backers updated throughout the process.
4. How do I get Early Access?
Simply sign up on this page with your email address. After signing up, you'll receive an email with a short survey. Complete the survey to qualify for our Early Access offer.
5. What do I get after completing the survey?
Once you complete the survey, you'll be eligible to lock in our FREE Early Bird access and price before the Indiegogo campaign launches.
6. Is the Early Bird access free?
Yes! We have 100 FREE Early Bird access spots available for eligible subscribers who complete the survey.
7. How do I claim one of the 100 free Early Bird spots?
Sign up on the pre-launch page, complete the survey sent to your email, and follow the instructions provided to claim your Early Bird access. Spots are limited to the first 100 eligible participants.
8. What happens after the 100 free spots are taken?
Don't worry—you can still get Early Bird access. Once the 100 free spots are claimed, new qualified subscribers can pay a small down payment to secure Early Bird access and lock in the special Early Bird price.
9. Why should I sign up before the Indiegogo launch?
Early subscribers get the opportunity to secure limited Early Bird pricing before the campaign goes live. The first 100 eligible participants can claim Early Bird access for free, while additional spots may require a down payment.
10. What if I miss the 100 free Early Bird spots?
You can still secure Early Bird pricing by following the post-limit Early Access offer and paying the required down payment.
11. Will I still need to pay for the product later?
Yes. Early Access reserves your eligibility for the Early Bird offer; it does not mean the entire product is free. You will complete the remaining purchase/payment through the applicable Indiegogo campaign process according to the Early Bird offer terms.
12. Where will I receive the Early Bird instructions?
We'll send the survey and Early Bird instructions to the email address you used to sign up. Be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folder.
13. How much can the mini fridge hold?
Despite its compact size, it has 4L large capacity, can hold up to 6 cans of soft drink. It’s suitable for items such as water bottles, soda cans, energy drinks, skincare products, and snacks.
14. How cold does it get?
The fridge can cools 18℃ below Ambient temperature. It is designed as a compact personal cooler rather than a replacement for a full-size household refrigerator.
15. Is it noisy?
The mini fridge is designed for quiet operation. The noise level is under 28db
16. Can it keep things frozen?
Our mini fridge should not be used as a freezer.
17. What can the pixel display show?
The pixel display can be used to show pixel art, stopwatch, alarm, daily schedule, scoreboard, and so on.
18. Can I customize the pixel display?
Yes. The concept is designed around customizable pixel content, allowing you to personalize the display with your own images or graphics.
19. Is it suitable for a bedroom or office?
Yes. Its compact size and quiet operation make it particularly suitable for personal spaces such as bedrooms, offices, dorm rooms, and gaming setups.
